What ARC collects
The registration form collects your name, email address, area of interest, optional message and marketing preference. It records the submission time and the version of the notice shown. Please do not send health, financial or other sensitive information in the message.
How it is used
ARC uses enquiry details to respond to your request and manage interest in the proposed club. Promotional or opening-update emails require the separate optional marketing choice. That choice is not required to submit an enquiry.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database through OpenAI Sites hosting. ARC’s authorised owner can review and export them after signing in. Enquiry details are not displayed publicly. These service providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other regions where their services operate.
ARC keeps enquiry records while needed to respond to your interest and manage the proposed opening. ARC will review records periodically and remove or de-identify information no longer required, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact ARC to request deletion. Hosting security, access controls and provider recovery facilities help protect records; ARC can also export records for its business records.
Email preferences
Marketing consent is optional and recorded separately. You may withdraw it by emailing ARC. No automated marketing campaigns or confirmation emails are sent by this website. ARC will not use pending opt-ins for automated marketing before verification and unsubscribe arrangements are established.
